Burnt Out Betty Crocker

I have little time to prepare meals. I have a few recipes that take around an hour to prepare but I have made them too much. I have two months left of a crazy school/work schedule and I will need to eat. But I am out of ideas and I cannot make any of my normal meals or I think I might gag of throw up.
I am calling for a favorite recipe from anyone!!!

The Draper Temple

Brad and I escaped today to go to the Draper Temple Open House. It was beautiful. They transported us by charter bus from several nearby chapels. On the way there, our bus broke down temporarily- it was only a 3 minute delay. After the tour, however, we had to wait about an hour for our bus. And it made me late for work- oops. But that was okay, because one of the other girls was taking off early today so she didn't take her lunch break- so she was there to cover me. LUCKY!
